So I went back home yesterday for the day because I thought I was going to get some of my financial information figured out to see if I could afford to live in the 2 bedroom apartment for a while before Jill moved in. Well, that never got accomplished, but I did manage to buy more checks and a movie and go shopping with my sister for shoes (kill me now). "Do these look cute? What about these? Oh, I like these, what do you think?" And they're all brown chunky shoes that should have gone out of style 5 years ago.

My sister and I then took another trip into town for whatever reason, and ended up at Wal*Mart, looking for movies. I found Bubba Ho-tep, this "Hilarious hybrid of horror" movie that I'd heard a little bit about, but it had Elvis, a black JFK, and a mummy, so it had to be good.

My sister works at Wal*Mart and obviously knows everybody and their dog who is in the store. While at the checkout line, I swipe my debit card as she rings up my movie. The cashier asks for my ID, and I pull it out, not really knowing or caring why she needed it. Probably because I hadn't shopped there for a while, I figure. Well, that only works with checks, not debit cards. My sister asks "Why are you IDing her??" like it's the weirdest thing ever to ID her older sister, and the cashier says, "Because I can't tell if she's 17 years old or not."

PSH! "I am 22 years old, thankyouverymuch," I say. Apparently I look like a senior. In HIGH SCHOOL. And then the cashier goes on to say that my sister and I look like we could be twins, and the guy standing in line behind us agrees, and says that we could be identical twins. What are they smoking?
